Make your very own hula hoop that is decorated to make it look bright and colourful. Then get active learning all about how to use your body to bring the hula hoop to life with a range of exciting tricks and amazing flourishes.
Hula Hoop Action is presented by Brisbane City Council as part of their Active Parks program, and is recommended for children three years and over.

Racey Park, Herston
Description:
Celebrate using your body in different ways with our tots, pots and play session! Get physical while acting out a range of fun characters…then learn how to make them from clay with the help of an experienced potter. Drama games and pottery come together to create a dynamic and innovate workshop!
I’m A Little Teapot is presented by Brisbane City Council and is recommended for children from two to five years of age.

Description:
Come along to this fun, active and creative session. Experience the wonder of a nature walk in the beautiful gardens. Then make a whimsical artist book using papers and fabrics reminiscent of the textures and patterns within the gardens.
Walk and Whimsy! Art In The Park is presented by Brisbane City Council, as part of their Active Parks program and is recommended for children six years and over.

Roy Harvey Park, Stafford
Description:
Come and celebrate our outdoor lifestyle in a healthy way. Enjoy a live performance incorporating storytelling, rhyme, mask and song. This show is highly interactive and will have everyone up and dancing along with the music!
Children’s Interactive Theatre is presented by Brisbane City Council, as part of their Active Parks program and is recommended for children of all ages.

Bazil Grumble is looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join our fun team for Bazil Grumble drama classes!
Interested candidates will need to have:
- Drama training and drama and/or education experience
- A love of working with children and a current Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one)
- A responsible nature
- A minimum of two afternoons a week available
- Reliable transport and mobile phone
- A happy disposition!
