Join a Drama Class

In term three, we will get into the spirit of the Ekka with a brand new unit full of fun, frivolity, laughter and merriment! We will be working towards an open lesson that explores comedy, clowning, circus and mime and so much more! We will have roving reporters with up to the minute broadcasts and meet some of the many faces that you see enjoying all the fun of the fair! Improvisation will lead to scene development and elements of polished performance. We will present our discoveries at an end of term open lesson for family and friends that will be a wonderful opportunity for our students to show off their skills in a fun and relaxed environment. This unit will develop confidence and communication skills, interaction and imagination as students work to devise drama and create characters and scenes. We are excited to work creatively with the students to come up with some unique ideas for performance and welcome both new and returning students to share all the fun of the fair!

All classes will be working towards an end of term open lesson however as we have three different class types, we will approach the content differently in each context.

Shining Stars Drama Classes: a class for children aged four to eight years.

Drama Masterclass: a class for children aged nine to twelve years.

Superstars Drama Classes: a class that is for all primary aged students.

Continuing students please note we are not able to carry over previous enrolments, which is why we ask all parents and caregivers to register with each new term, before class begins. This is for your child’s safety, to ensure our records are current should we need to contact you.
