Joeys and Wombats (Crawling to 3 Years)

Description:

And they’re off! So often we spend those first 6 months eagerly awaiting that first time a child pushes themselves along the floor, and start to realise that they can move around without Mum or Dad.  Then, as soon as they master crawling, we start waiting for those first steps….. Then the real fun begins! Our wombats are developing more complex skills, like walking, running, jumping, talking, singing, pointing, scribbling, building, just to name a few. This program is designed to incorporate language and activities to support the development of your child’s understanding of basic concepts such as colours, shapes and size. Our interactive songs introduce early numeracy concepts and provide an opportunity to practice important social skills such as listening and turn-taking. Sensory play activities are excellent for problem solving, expressive language, working cooperatively, coordination, creativity and developing fine motor skills. Our combined Wombat and Joey classes offer a range of fun, engaging and messy activities, that you don’t have to clean up!
