Bazil Grumble activities and events are not considered dangerous. Nevertheless, as with any physical activity, they cannot be guaranteed to be free of any risk of injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential.
RECITALS
(a) Bazil Grumble has promoted the activity and the participant has requested to participate in this activity;
(b) Bazil Grumble has agreed that the participant shall participate in the activity subject to the participant indemnifying Bazil Grumble, its servants and agents against claims for loss and damage caused to him/her as a result of such participation;
(c) The Participant has agreed to indemnify Bazil Grumble and its servants and agents against all or any such loss or damage whether caused by the negligence of Bazil Grumble, its servants or agents or otherwise.
INDEMNITY AND AUTHORITY CLAUSES
1. The participant or their representative indemnifies and will at all times keep Bazil Grumble and its servants and agents indemnified from and against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses in respect of any injuries, loss or damage however caused and whether through the negligence of Bazil Grumble and its servants or agents or otherwise and in any way connected with participation in Bazil Grumble activities or events.
2. The participant agrees that photographs and video footage may be taken of him/her during the activity or event. These may be used by Bazil Grumble to promote future programs.
PAYMENT TERMS (if applicable)
The participant or their representative understands and agrees that:
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
1. Payment must be received prior to the delivery of service as per payment terms specified on the invoice, or as per written agreement between Bazil Grumble and the customer.
2. Written notification of all cancellations is required.
3. Where a participant is withdrawing from school-based drama classes, refunds will be calculated on a pro–rata basis and an administration fee is applicable.
4. Other fees and charges may apply as specified on the invoicing document.
DEFAULT AND CONSEQUENCES OF DEFAULT
1. If the customer fails to pay within the specified payment terms, the participant will be excluded from class activities and/or future classes, or where the service provided involves a performance or workshop, Bazil Grumble may choose to cancel the engagement.
2. Bazil Grumble reserves the right to engage 3rd party agents to aid in the recovery of monies, including but not limited to collections agencies and/or solicitors, and the costs incurred will be added to the original debt.
OBLIGATION FREE TRIAL
1. To do the obligation free trial you must enrol however if you choose not to continue there is no charge. If your child wishes to enrol for the term after they have completed the trial then the full term fee must be paid by the following lesson. Please note obligation free trials are only offered to new students.
CASH BACK FOR DRAMA CLASSES
We are offering our drama class students a cash back for early payment of term fees. Simply make your payment through PayPal prior to the advertised date and receive a $20 cash back for each participant enrolled. This will be refunded to your PayPal account within 30 days. You must pay with PayPal in order to be eligible for the cash back. If the participant chooses not to continue with the classes for any reason you may request a refund. As previously stated, refunds are calculated on a pro–rata basis, being total fees paid less any classes attended and applicable administration fees.
LATE FEE
Regrettably, if parents are late to pick up their children after drama class, a late fee will apply. Late fees are per child.
5 – 10 minutes late: late fee is $12
15 – 30 minutes late: late fee is $24
31 – 60 minutes late: late fee is $48
Over 1 hour late: Student is not permitted to continue for the remainder of term. Term fees are non-refundable
