Juggle-A-Rama
Participants will learn how to make their very own set of juggling balls and have a ball learning the basics of juggling and slapstick comedy.
Clay Animation
In groups, participants will create models in clay and have the sequence filmed frame by frame using stop motion animation.
Drama-Rama
Participants will enjoy a range of fun hands on games of a theatrical nature! They will learn skills in improvisation, voice and movement and will have a good laugh in the process!
Reinvent the Wheel
Have fun playing with clay on the pottery wheel. Learn more about this age old technique of centering the clay to throw a pot. We can bring our own wheels with us for you to use.
Mask Creations
Children learn how to create a mask out of exciting materials just like those in our Bazil Grumble plays!
Puppets Galore
Students create fun folded card puppets and use a variety of exciting new and recycled materials to bring their individual character to life.
Flying Origami
Zoom, zoom, zoom, fly faster and higher!
Using the ancient Japanese art of Origami, you will learn how to make your paper planes fly higher and faster, longer and higher than ever before with new and innovative folding techniques
Ribbon Twirl Action
Make your very own ribbon twirl just like they use at the Olympics! Decorate your ribbon to make it look bright and colourful. Then get active learning all about how to use your ribbon twirl with a range of exciting tricks and amazing flourishes!
Eco Drama
Come and play drama games with an environmental and sustainability focus. Jump like a kangaroo, fly like a cockatoo – so much fun you’ll laugh like a kookaburra!
Artist Books
In this Bazil Grumble workshop, participants will learn how to bind a special book just perfect for capturing all their artistic ideas.
Body Pots
This workshop requires participants to get physical, using their hands, feet, elbows and ears as moulds to make their own functional clay pots. Experience the versatility of this natural material as you creatively throw yourself into pottery – the oldest of art forms!
