We are very excited to announce our theme for term four drama classes is Aussie Christmas
Have you ever tried to capture the whole extended family in one photo? It’s a challenge and an endeavour that inevitably causes a lot of comical mishaps and great hilarity! This term the students will be inspired by the lyrics of the iconic ‘Christmas Photo’ song by John Williamson. We will adapt the lyrics into a magical and delightful performance that will bring together all the skills that we have learnt in classes so far this year. We will focus on advanced acting skills, characterisation, effective physical communication and assist students to further develop their vocal skills in singing, expression, clarity and projection. All these elements will enhance the students’ self-esteem and promote greater confidence when on stage in front of an audience. Students will love the fun and rewarding experience of working collaboratively with others towards a shared goal of performing for family and friends at the end of the term.
